Vigorous Physical Activity, Mental Health, Perceived Stress, and Socializing among College Students.
College students struggle to maintain proper health on top of busy schedules. However, this can have an impact on mental health. It is reported that students who regularly engage in regular vigorous exercise are less likely to have poor mental health.

Using Physical Exercises to Improve Mental Health.
Mental helath and exercise must begin to be associated with eachother. It has been shown that a great number of adults in America and Canada suffer from some form of mental health disorder, such as depression. It is also shown that specialization in correlating mental health and exercise is as important for patients, because those who specialize in exercise for mental health can then help in the decrease of mental health patients. It is proven that regular exercise can improve a person’s mood and ability to work, and if the mental health/exercise relationship can be recognized as a correlated subject, then doctors specializing in this form of research can see a rise in necessity.

Effects of exercise on mental health outcomes in adolescents.
According to Eather, Morgan, and Lubans, 20% of adolescents worldwide suffer from some form of mental illness. Their research aims to show that exercise does improve the mental health of teenagers. Their research, however, failed to show that Cross-fit type training done by adolescence is successful in reducing the risk of developing mental disorders. This, however is not all the research proved. Self esteem was shown to rise in students who participated in the research, showing that although there is no proof that intense exercise among teens can reduce the possibility of developing mental health issues, it can improve their self esteem, which also has a hand in their mental stability.
